Product Pricing
Pricing is only confirmed on your order once you have processed your payment. Should prices be adjusted during your purchase or before you have checked-out and processed payment, these will adjust on your order and the original price or 'special price' will be replaced.
Product Availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days.
Should the product not be in stock we will advise you of the waiting period.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Shipping
Orders over R1000 will be delivered for FREE to Major Centers Only. T&C's Apply
If you live in a major city:
We will deliver to your door via courier.
Your order will arrive within 1-5 days of us receiving your payment.
If you live in an outlying area:
We will deliver to your door via courier.
Your order will arrive within 4-9 days of us receiving your payment.
PLEASE NOTE: A Delivery Surcharge may be applied for larger/heavier parcels and deliveries to outlying suburbs.
Any special delivery or product requests must be typed into the 'Comments' box when checking out.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Refunds/Exchanges/Returns Policy
Before placing an order please be aware that colours and sizes may not look exactly as they do on your computer/device screen. This will be determined by the colour settings on your computer/device. We will not accept returns on items that 'don't look like they do on the website'. You are welcome to contact us if you need any clarification on any products.
Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days from date of delivery. No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages.
If you would like to exchange an item, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. This is not negotiable.
If you wish to cancel the order you will receive a full refund subject to certain terms and conditions.
To obtain a full refund you must:
Return items undamaged in the same new condition in which they were dispatched and in their original packaging
Ensure we receive the returned items within 14 days (South African buyers)
Bear all the costs of returning the item to us
PLEASE NOTE: Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
Shipment tracking
Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
PLEASE NOTE: All bubble wrapped items should be opened gently with caution and not tugged or pulled open, otherwise damage can occur. That Lovely Shop can not be held liable for any items broken due to the above instructions not being followed.
Sales Stock Policy
Returns, refunds or replacements will NOT be accepted for any of our products purchased on special offer or on one of our sales.
Replacements/Faulty Stock Policy
The original item needs to be returned to That Lovely Shop within 7 business days. The replacement order will be shipped out within 7 business days after the returned package has been received, pending approval of return.
Payment and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
We endeavour to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total-order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit / debit cards. If you do not have a credit / debit card please utilise one of the other payment options. Or if you decide you want to log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order, all of your order details will be saved online under Your Account and will be available for use whenever you're ready place your order.
Security Policy
Card transactions will be acquired for That Lovely Shop via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to www.thatlovelyshop.co.za and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by That Lovely Shop for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.

Courier Deliveries in SA
How do we get your order to you?
Here are the delivery options that will appear on Checkout. If you are unsure of anything at anytime, please give us a contact us!
OPTION 1 - Courier to Major Centres
Courier to major centres costs R100 for orders under R1000 or FREE if your order is over R1000. Orders are processed within an hour of receiving them during working hours and once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive your goods delivered to your door within 2-5 days by our trusted courier. Please be sure to use an address where there is someone to take delivery between 8am - 5pm on weekdays. Another person can take delivery on your behalf, but will need to sign for the parcel. Currently these are our major centres: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, and Stellenbosch.
OPTION 2 - Courier to Outlying Towns
Courier charges to outlying towns is R100 regardless of the order value. We only deliver to 'in town' addresses, no small holdings or farms. If we have to courier large items such as larger-than-normal homeware products or artworks, etc to outlying towns, a delivery surcharge may be charged should the address be remote or the parcel too large. Please inquire if you are unsure.
Any special delivery or product requests must be typed into the 'Comments' box when checking out. We are flexible and pride ourselves in giving a personal service to our shoppers.
PLEASE NOTE: That Lovely Shop will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the couriers.
OPTION 3 - Collect from us
We are based in Westdene, Johannesburg, and you are welcome to pick up from our physical address via prior arrangement from That Lovely Shop. We also operate from local pop-up markets in and around Gauteng, and are happy to make prior arrangements with you with regards to you picking up your order from whichever market we may be present at.
Please let us know if you are interested in collecting from us in the 'Comments' box when checking out of your order and we will communicate available times and address options with you.
PLEASE NOTE: We may not be available at any given collection time or address so it is vital you communicate with us via the 'Comments' box on your order form.
